3.5 acres of Tuscan olive trees grow adjacent to our tasting room and vineyards. Our groves, planted in 2006, are inter-planted with Pendolino, Frantoio, Leccino, Ascolana and Taggiasca olives, resulting in a beautiful blend in the bottle.

Each November our trees are hand-stripped and olives are gathered for milling. Our Boschetto Olive Oil is not filtered or fined, is pressed with cool temperature water, and has less than 1% acidity. Our oil is perfect for topping and finishing your favorite dishes, and makes for a wonderful gift.  Each year it sells out quickly; don’t miss it!
