Did you know we have 3.5 acres of Tuscan olive trees that grow adjacent to our tasting room and vineyards?! Our groves, planted in 2006, are inter-planted with Pendolino, Frantoio, Leccino, Ascolana and Taggiasca olives, resulting in a beautiful blend in the bottle. Each November our trees are hand-stripped and olives are gathered for milling. We can’t wait for this year’s crop!
