Let’s close out summer with a magical afternoon filled with delicious cake, incredible wine, and community at the very first Cake Party at Nicholson Vineyards! Inspired by the now-legendary Cake Picnic that began in San Francisco and captured hearts around the world, we’re bringing that same playful, communal spirit and delicious energy to Nicholson.

We invite you to bring a cake creation (homemade or picked up from your favorite bakery!) to share and take part in this one-of-a-kind afternoon celebration.

Check-in and cake placement is from 2 – 2:30 PM, with tables on the patio showcasing each edible masterpiece. Guests will enjoy a wine tasting flight from 2–3 PM while mingling among the cakes, admiring the displays, and capturing plenty of photos.

Then at 3 PM, the ultimate cake buffet begins. No judging, just enjoyment! Each cake contributor will receive a pastry box and fork to collect slices and sample the incredible creations brought by the Nicholson community. Go back for second helpings of your favorites as the afternoon unfolds into a dreamy celebration of sweet summer joy. You’ll leave full of cake, wine, and maybe even a few new friends!

Tickets are $30. Please note this is an adults-only, dog-free event. To participate in the cake tasting, guests are required to bring a cake to share. Tickets will be available soon!
